Lamb and Beef Boxes

South Town Lambs and Red Ruby Devon cattle are slow grown and grass fed.  Our lamb and beef is prepared by a small local abattoir in Combe Martin, limiting food miles and avoiding unnecessary stress for our animals.

Typically includes a mix of: 

2 roasting joints (silver side, top side or top rump) 

Steaks (sirloins, rump or fillet)

Mince and diced beef, brisket and shin strips.

5kg box - £75

Whole Lamb/Hogget £130

Typically includes:

2 legs (in 2 or 4 joints),

2 shoulders (in 2 or 4 joints),

chops, shank and neck fillets

mince or rolled breast

 

Half Lamb/Hogget  £70

Typically includes:  

1 leg (in 1 or 2 joints),

1 shoulder (in 1 or 2 joints),

chops, shank and neck fillets

mince or rolled breast

Alternative cuts may be available, including diced lamb, ideal for tagines and curries, please ask us.
